SUPPLEMENTS *Terms of Use
This protocol supports bone maintenance and/or increasing bone density. The supplements have a synergistic, complementary effect and should all be taken as directed. The Bone Builder Forte includes three supplements combined to save money and lessen the need to take so many separate pills.
Please take the supplements with food. The form of vitamin C recommended in the protocol should not cause any gastrointestinal issues, but take one vitamin C capsule per day with food first to make sure your body is fine with it and then work your way up to two per day. You could take one with breakfast and lunch/dinner if that is convenient.
Take Bone Builder Forte and vitamin K2 with food.
In addition, increase your consumption of dark greens such as broccoli, kale, spinach, Swiss chard, watercress, collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens and escarole. Also include fish and nuts.
Please consume a low salt diet and decrease your meat consumption. Also, lessen milk, cheese, alcohol, coffee or soft drinks.
