“Last year I had the most severe pain I have ever felt in my life. I had bulging disc nerve pain in my upper back and neck (I had an MRI done to confirm my ailments). It was revealed that I had five bulging discs pressing on nerves that sent pain shooting into the whole left side of my upper and lower back. The immense pain radiated into my left arm, wrist and hand. I was miserable, in tears and immobile for the most part. I couldn’t sleep and was on prescription pain medication.
